Architectural and interior journey
The four large windows of the façade offer a tempting glimpse inside, inviting passers-by to experience the refined and welcoming ambience inside. Conceived to feel like a home, the boutique exudes warmth, blending modernity with the elegance of an historic Parisian apartment, where objects and art pieces combine to tell stories and create a timeless charm.
The main area of the boutique is lined with old oak cabinets, complemented by chevron-patterned parquet flooring and hand-carved and gilded mouldings. A modernistic ‘Bianca’ chandelier, crafted by Porta Romana, hangs from the softly glowing, matte gold ceiling.
Visitors’ eyes are immediately drawn to the beating heart of the boutique: the illuminated Corian perfume organ that represents the Henry Jacques laboratory and the niches where the full collection of 50 ‘Les Classiques’ fragrances is showcased.
Softer and more intimate, the inner spaces of the boutique invite visitors to take time, step away from the outside world and discover their favourite scent in privacy and at their own pace.
Neighbourhood
The Henry Jacques boutique is at Elements, a prestigious shopping and entertainment hub in a prime location close to West Kowloon Cultural District and Waterfront Promenade. The architecturally distinctive exterior of the mall is complemented by the interior, which is divided into five zones, inspired by the five Chinese elements of nature: Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, and Earth. Each zone is designed to respond to the element in question, enhanced by public art, including large-scale sculptures. The Henry Jacques boutique is located in the Metal zone, among the high jewellery houses.
