Anne-Lise Cremona wanted to keep her heritage alive by sharing a part of it with the world. She immersed herself in her family’s olfactive library of 3,000 creations to select the 50 fragrances that best embody the bespoke era of Henry Jacques and express every facet of the house's identity. These perfumes form the very heart of Henry Jacques, an olfactive fresco available in all Henry Jacques boutiques across the globe.
Les Classiques' abundance awakens a true collector’s instinct—so much so that some enthusiasts travel from boutique to boutique in search of Les Exclusifs—fragrances from the collection that are available only in certain locations.

Les Classiques are presented in several variations: Les Essences, Les Brumes and Les Solides, exclusively available for Clic-Clac owners. Each variation elevates the wearer's olfactive experience, allowing him to explore different textures, gestures, and intimate rituals that can even be combined with one another.
With the three variations, Anne-Lise Cremona has brought her legacy vividly to life—not by breaking with tradition, but by allowing it to evolve and remain meaningful in today’s world. She has reimagined these creations to resonate with the present, adapting them to ever-changing contemporary lifestyles.

Les Classiques iconic variation
Anne-Lise Cremona and Christophe Tollemer brought together a house of composition and a house of design, creating what would become the iconic Les Classiques collection: a timeless flacon, identical for each fragrance, housing the natural Les Essences. They also revived a forgotten ritual: one drop and only one, applied to the skin with a crystal glass wand, enough to awaken these precious Essences. Their smooth, thick, or even crystallised textures, and warm colours, testify to Henry Jacques’ unique savoir-faire and speak for themselves: nature at its best purest, unadulterated, alive.
In an era of sprays, differentiated flacons, and personality-driven marketing, few believed in this approach — but Henry Jacques did. With Harrods, the house created the ideal environment for Les Essences to be discovered. Today, Les Classiques have become Henry Jacques' iconic collection worldwide.
A timeless but distinctive flacon to enhance perfume
Housed in timeless but distinctive crystal glass flacons, Les Essences are revealing their infinite nuances in a unique interplay of light and shadow, brilliance and transparency.
Christophe Tollemer was inspired by refined architecture and symmetry: inclination, corner, and detail were meticulously considered.
The design was also thought as a perfume enhancer. The flacon displays and celebrates the perfume without distracting, like an elegant picture frame on a beautiful painting. That's also the reason why there is only one design for all Les Essences. Perfume is king.
Les Brumes
Elevating today's rituals
Les Brumes variation was born of a pairing between the uncompromising demands of high perfumery and some of the latest trends and rituals.
Indeed, diffusing with a spray has become second nature in the market, so Henry Jacques has long sought to bring meaning to this gesture, wishing to infuse it with a refinement and precision in accordance with the house.
A feat of engineering
After much research, in 2019 the Maison created Les Brumes, which transformed the practice that has become almost mechanical into a sensory immersion of delicate precision. The easy-going casualness of a gesture has once again become a precious ritual, a moment for oneself.
For this, the Maison has multiplied the scientific tests on the dispersal capacity of perfumes in order to fully express the olfactory density of the juice. As for the spray, it has benefited from a feat of engineering to master an aerial distribution of the fragrance.
The perfect harmony between tradition, audacity and inventiveness that Henry Jacques sought to achieve with this collection, raises the art of perfuming to unprecedented heights.
